Plants produce an extraordinary diversity of chemical compounds, many of which have important medicinal properties. In this lecture from the FIT CTU Informatics Evenings series, Tomáš Pluskal from the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the CAS will explain how his research group is decoding the chemical universe of plants using machine learning. The lecture will be held in English.
